intuitive car seats
driven by our crs team
Safety, useability and aesthetics come together in the Thule child car seat.
Deep consumer insights have, as always for Thule, been the strongest driving force behind the development of the new car seat range. In collaboration with Thule and Modyn, the goal of our CRS (child restraint seat) team was to develop an easy to install system, which secures suitable and safe transport of small children.
innovative features
The brand-new base, infant and toddler seats are equipped with innovative features such as a lie-flat infant carrier, a rotation system, a secure car installation system and an interface with audio feedback.
The system is designed to the highest safety standards such as ECE-R129 and the Swedish Plus Test (VTI). The design also aims to achieve the highest possible STiWa and ADAC ratings.
"CodePS has been one of the main contributors in developing our first European car seat range and has frequently proved their vast experience within this segment. CodePS has an attitude to exceed regulatory requirements by far, but also achieving the highest level of real-life safety. Well in line with Thules' core values!"

the highest level of real-life safety
Intuitive useability is at the core of this child safety seat. All required validations reassure parents that this car seat is simple to handle and provides a secure solution to keep their child safe.
CodePS designed car restraint seats are of the highest standard. The first goal is to make improvements when it comes to safety and useability, to be unique and competitive, and to be one step ahead in the premium segment of car safety products.
go faster alone, get further together
Our CRS team bundles a range of knowledge for unrivalled product development by using simulation technology, industrial design and data intelligence. By creating child restraint seats, the ultimate pooling of skills comes together. Each member of our team has the necessary expertise to work synergistically: crash safety, industrial design, manufacturability and material knowledge.
It’s Cyril, Nine, Renee, Sandra and Simon who represent our industrial design section, playing the keyboards with our simulation section Dion, Gerben, Harold, Huub, Laura, Mervyn and Vincent.
